A termite control company as well as an impartial carpenter came to the home to inspect the termite damage and gave an estimate on how much it would cost to repair the problem. Sylvianne did not make promises she knew she had no control over and she did not give bad or unsolicited advice-all she did was make sure we had the facts to decide how we wanted to proceed. In the end we asked the Seller to pay for the repairs, which they agreed and we were happy with the outcome.

My wife and I are the pleased owners of a perfect condominium that we bought "long distance" through Sylvianne Young's invaluable expert assistance. We were living some 3,600 miles from Hawaii and relocating to Honolulu. We first contacted Sylvianne via her Website, and she was immediately responsive and always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had but one opportunity to make a four-day trip to Honolulu to look at properties Sylvianne had lined up for viewing, after asking us all the appropriate questions about what we thought we wanted. We did not find a unit to buy on that trip, despite Sylvianne's best efforts, but we did find a building we just had to live in. So Sylvianne closely tracked units coming on the market in the building, and when a very desirable high floor unit became available after someone else's deal fell through, she was on top of things before any other Realtor was. She immediately went to the unit and took pictures for us, submitted our offer, handled inspections, handled the closing, and even found someone to do some renovations for us--all this while we were still 3,600 miles away.
